Listing Guidelines TradingDock.org reserves the right to remove any classified listing without notice, warning or refund. TradingDock.org does not control the content of the classifieds ads, nor does it guarantee the accuracy or quality of the content. Users of this system understand that by browsing TradingDock.org Classifieds, that you will be reading content that could be objectionable to you. Under no circumstances will TradingDock.org be liable in any way for any classified ad, including, but not limited to: any errors or omissions in any ad, any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted in TradingDock.org Classifieds. Use of this site indicates that you agree to the following: To never sell anything illegal. Fully and accurately describe your service or sale item. You are entirely responsible and liable for any content you post or any content that is posted through your account. You will follow these terms and guidelines. Content Posting Guidelines You agree not to use the TradingDock.org Classifieds to: Create content that is damaging, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; Misrepresent yourself in any way; Post an advertisement that infringes any trademark, patent, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of another party; Include any information about an individual other than yourself in a listing; Post any spam, scam or unsolicited promotional information; Post any material that contains software viruses or any other damaging computer files; Save personal information about other users; Delete or alter any material posted by another user; The information you provide to TradingDock.org Classifieds shall not: violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; be fraudulent or involve the sale illegal items; infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; be false, inaccurate or misleading; contain any software viruses or any other damaging computer files; create liability for us; discriminate on the grounds of race, religion, national origin, gender, disability, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or refers to matters in any matter prohibited by law. TradingDock.org has the right (but not the obligation) to: edit your content, limit your activity, immediately remove or delete your listings, warn other users of your actions, issue a warning, suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide our services for any reason and with no warning. Content Rights of the TradingDock.org Classifieds site The user grants TradingDock.org the following world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license(s), as applicable: All graphics, audio or video you submit or make available for inclusion in TradingDock.org classified site, the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the classified listing system solely for the purpose for which such Content was submitted or made available. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the classified listing system and will terminate 120 days after the time you remove or the site removes such Content from the Classified listing system. With respect to Content other than photos, graphics, audio or video you submit or make available for inclusion in TradingDock.org classified system, the perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed.
