Description
38 feet, Chris Craft Constellation, Tri-Cabin (a floating apartment at a reasonable price) If you are ever interested in owning a Classic wooden Chris Craft, this is the perfect vessel for use and enjoyment while restoring and/or upgrading this classic Chris Craft. This is a traditional style 38’ 1967 Chris-Craft Constellation. It is very comfortable and stable ride and a wonderful place to call home. Connie’s remain very popular because of the roomy salon and deck area. These boats were the last of the great mahogany hulled Chris Crafts. Chris Craft has long been known for delivering the highest quality vessels in wood, fiberglass, steel, and aluminum. I have had this vessel for over 10 years and have worked to maintain it’s sound structural integrity and beauty. I will consider every offer! Built in Shower, lovely office space with outdoor view and lots of storage, a gorgeous custom work station, wall to wall cushy bed in bow, full galley, washer/dryer hookup, built-in dehumidifier hook-up. Deck furniture including a sofa. Dish already installed on upper deck. The hull is in good condition. I always use very good paint and usually haul every third year, bottom is scrubbed and zincs added approx. every 6 -8 months, boat is in deep water, and does not sit in mud in low tide. 2 gas engines. The boats topside is painted and caulked every haul out. Minimal topside work will need to be done this spring or summer with haul out. Engines have not been used recently (I'm a livaboard) but have been drained and filled with "magic oil" to preserve them. The engines would require TLC. In addition to all the standard equipment you would expect, there are many unique things not found on other boats. She has major headroom due to the unique window arrangement. The main salon has been left empty for the new owners to furnish to they’re liking. Plenty of room for a sleeper sofa and lounge chairs and dinette. Custom Installed grass matting floor coverings and tropical look through out cabin and galley areas, including “woven reed-look” cabinet doors and bamboo covered refrigerator door Large head and galley. Spacious aft deck Full v-berth double (wall-to-wall bed) Shore power connection Swim platform. Two bilge pumps 2 baths * Year: 1967 * Current Price: US$ 29,995 * Located in San Rafael, CA United States * Hull Material: Wood, Mahogany * Engine/Fuel Type: Twin Gas
