This boat is in great condition, in my opinion. It does need to have some repairs on and around the wooden cabin areas and seasonal maintenance e.g.; bottom antifouling paint (Haul was re finished this yr 2010), resealing around windows & possibly replacing some of the window runners as they are original, painting of miscellaneous Parts typical of all classic cabin cruisers along with refinishing of some of the exterior surfaces of the mahogany along the gunnels on both port & starboard sides and along the transom and helm areas with varnish.
Most of the outer deck areas where there is wood such as mahogany plywood, it all is in fairly great shape but could use a light restore as it has not been done like the inside galley areas.
Please view the photos and you be the judge of the condition of this beauty. .
