Description
This is the quintessential mahogany speedboat for water skiing, tubing and wake boarding. The boat has less than 200 hours since it was new and is powered by a "fresh", barely broken in Chrysler marine 318 cubic inch engine that produces over 200 horsepower and gives the boat a top speed of over 45 mph. She has had only two owners and her present owner (who owns other woodies and can still only operate one at a time) purchased this craft from her only prior owner in 1992, when her hour meter registered 140 hours. Her first owner was then 80 years old and had only used her on a small Oakland County inland lake. Six adults can sit comfortably in her wide walk through front and stern seats and her nearly new "roll top", an unusual feature on a 17 foor Resorter, can offer passengers a break from the sun. This Century Resorter also includes a factory, built in swim ladder, a ski tow pylon and full (to waterline) "sunbrella" mooring cover. You can launch her easily from her tandem axle trailer with new tires and once she's in the water she soaks up quickly with no rot, broken ribs, or loose planks.
