Description
This roamer is the aluminum hull roamer, a fresh water boat in use now.. It needs nothing to start boating. It would need a Chris Craft lover to bring it back to its true glory. Engines run fine, I was told by previous owner that they have been rebuilt and the 283's are punched to 350. I am the second registered owner of this boat. I purchased the boat and registered it with the certificate or origin. We use the boat all of the time, I replaced the top canopy and sides that needed it, and had the rest restiched and repaired. She ran like a top when I got her and she runs better now. Hour meters do not work, I planned on repowering until I took her out with the engines she has now. Minor wood damage in the cabin due to windows leaking is the biggest problem. The hull is solid with no leaks, dry bildgebut could use paint. The wood on the bow under the light is rotten back about 18 inches on each side, it is decoration and can be easly replaced. I love our roamer but we are looking for another live aboard. If you are looking to downsize we are looking to upsize.. The boat is in Michigan City Indiana. We have no trailer but could assist in finding one. Interested please call me at 219-851-7388 or e-mail at divinjohn@hotmail.com Thanks John.
