We have a 1966 Silverline Newport 18' with a 1973 150hp mercury motor.
We bought the boat as a project and have put over 3,000 into it:
floor completely professionally replaced, new carpet, new throttle cables, motor had complete tune up 6/2009, power trim, new wiring and stern light - original bow lights, spot light and horn all ornamental chrome, brand new battery, seats are in good condition a little sun faded but not bad. Registered until 10/11 Trailer has perm tags, brand new tires, lights and wiring.
Just had it on Roosevelt for the 4th of July with no problems It's a true Classic!!!
