I would like to buy a 40'plus power boat, project boat or a boat that needs TLC/upgrade.I have done work on 4 navy ship upfits, restorations, and I have a business in Historic Preservation, restoration in housing industry in Charleston SC.
I need to have a boat that owner financed to me with monthly payments $400-650 per month. I will upgrade, restore and use the boat to motivate and teach kids and their parents about BIOPHYLIA "Human responses to their environment."
and how they can make a big diffence to change their life.It is an ignored idea by most people but it is my way of showing how important it is to live and raise children in a healthy environment.
One idea is that being close to water makes us happy for the resons that relating our own survival instincts, biological responses to water.
This will be a wonderful project for everyone.
